- If you do not note the exactly size you want, I will choose the suitable size depend on the type of CMS, which I feel good to draw on. 🤍This prices are not fixed and will vary on a case by case basis.

- Free: simple detail, simple BG (decorate flower, frame... not include BG request).
- Details include: hair, accessories, outfit, weapon,... The price of detail and BG will be calculated according to the area to be drawn on the canvas compared to the main character, in case the BG is too big.
- Custom outfit price is the price for my creative, in case it have more details, you must be pay the detail extra fee.

Rule:
- None commercial.
- Random sketch = (portrait - full body). Pack's prices is for 1 char, 2 char = x2 (x2 canvas long)
- Brief: character info (design/concept, distinguishing feature (height, look,...), personality), vibe, expression,...
- You will not get updates or Revision while I working. You will see it at first time when CMS done and after payment. I only fix cms if I draw incorrectly or missing ref.
- Deposit 50% if fanart your oc.
- Deadline: a week-3 months, I have the right to cancel at any time.
- You have the right to not pay and not receive files, then the artwork is COMPLETELY belong to me-Artist. And I can do anything with it, also for commercial purpose.

TERM OF SERVICE (TOS)

- Please read the items below carefully.
- I am not responsible for any trouble that arises if you do not read carefully or do not follow my TOS.

By commission me in any kind of way, you agree to the prices, information stated and the following terms:

I. GENERAL TERMS🤍 Please provide as detailed as possible the character informations as: reference images, design/symbol/theme, details or special informations (personality, vibe, interests, height, background story,...) Only note the information that you want me to exploit. For ocs that are no official image and you want me to design accessories or costumes, that will be charged in addition to the character design/custom fee.
 
🤍 Please keep in touch especially when I am doing commissions for you. Late reply can affect work progress and delay CMS completion time.
 
📌Please note that I will cancel your commission if I do not receive a response within 3days.
 
🤍 Any rude behavior will not be tolerated and your CMS will be cancelled if it occurs.
 
🤍 I update process in stage, not everyday. Depending on the amount of work and the type of CMS, update time can be within a day up to 1-2 weeks.
 
🤍 Some terms may change if the consensus from both sides before I start doing the CMS.

II. PROCESS🤍 Commission will be conducted as follows (gacha items are not included). Client will be notified to confirm when closing each stage and before starting the next one.Stage 1:
+ Rough sketch|Pose, Composition.
+ Sketch options for design.
Stage 2:
+ Finish rough, clean sketch: add details, expressions, fix details to match the ref, brief.
+ Grayscale|Palette: Add shadow to sketch|Pick palette with colored CMS.
+ Layout.
📌I always ask for your confirmation before moving on to a new stage. When CMS completed in stage 2, and you want to change the pose/option, you have to charge an additional 50% of the CMS price.
📌 I almost will not update while the CMS in stage 3, so please make sure that what exactly you want and confirm everything in stage 1 and 2.
Stage 3: Line/ ink/ color.
+ Line|Ink|Color: Correct small errors, complete details, materials, lighting,...📌I will not update in stage 3 until CMS completed. After CMS finished, I can fix some minor changes.
📌You have 3 revisions . If you want more, additional fee is about 10% (or more) for once.
📌Please give the most clear feedback, it will help me to express more exactly what you want.
📌If your references was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
📌You will feedback by thumnail image. You can see the larger image if you payment 100%.🌸Deadline (when CMS started):
- Sketch: few day to 2 week (average ~ 1 week).
- Ink: 1 to 3 months.
- Gacha|Lineart: 1 week to 2 or 3 months.
- Design: 3 weeks - 2 months.🤍 The time for your CMS to be completed can be up to 2-3 months depending on many factors such as: Health, work, or family issues...
 
🤍 CMS are started in the order placed, client will be notified as soon as possible if any problems arise.🌸Priority commission:
- Commercial CMS are always in priority.
- You can order a priority CMS when you want to skip the waitlist and get the CMS done by a deadline.📌 Additional fee list:
- Commercial: price(x3)
- Priority: price + 30%
- Private: price + (50-60)%
- Additional sketch option: (10-15)$/option.
- Revisions (>3): + 10%/each.
- Larger canvas/separated layer in psd file: may be free or +(10-25%) base frice.
Extra (¹) fee: ±(15% - 30%) base price.⛔NOTE:
(¹) Extra: The price of the CMS after completion may increase or decrease depending on the [difficulty/easy] level of the details, pose, layout... This extra fee can range from <30% [base price].

III. PAYMENT🤍 Deposit 50% before working, and the rest before receive the final file.
- For gacha sketch CMS: You will pay before receive final file (for fanart not Oc).
- For Ink: deposit affer rough sketch.
 
🤍 You can order multiple slot at once and pay in turn. Depending on the work schedule, I can work simultaneously or sequentially.
 
🤍 Payment method: Bank to bank.
 
🤍 The currency accepted: USD.
 
🤍 Please notify me (within 24 hours) before or at the time of payment (via inbox or email) to confirm the start of work.
 
📌I do not pay for the costs incurred when transferring money unless I cancel the CMS and refund.

IV. COPYRIGHT/ USAGE POLICY🌸Artist copy right:
 
I-Artist-have all copyright and related rights to the works that I create, as follows:
 
🤍 Can use CMS to promote myself on social networks, websites,...
 
🤍 Building Portfolio, introducing works in Artbooks, exhibitions,...
 
🤍 Use for time-lapse videos...
 
🤍 Post it on any my social network.
 
🤍 For the CMS canceled by the client that I have not received payment or refunded, whether completed or in process (I can decide to continue drawing or not), I have the right to use it for my own purposes (including commercial purposes).
 
🤍 With sketches that have not been approved, I have the right to reuse or make ideas for other CMS or my own artwork.
 
All of the above can be done without prior notice provided that I have added full credit to the commissioner.🌸Client copy right:

🤍 Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
 
If you want your CMS to be private, you have to pay an extra charge (50% of the payment), and I will not post it online or use it to promote myself.👉For commercial use:
 
The commissioners are allowed to:
 
🤍 Make any sort of merch with the artwork, use it in books, as cover,... promote your own brand with.
 
🤍 Credit is still required prior to the CMS prevent any kind of copyright infringement.
 
🤍 Under no circumstances must the commissioned artwork be used in any block-chain related technology, including: NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future interventions in the space.
 
🤍 Only CMS types that are assigned a commercial price are allowed to be used for commercial purposes.⛔Copyright infringement:
 
All the acts below are considered copyright infringement:
 
💔 Use personal CMS for commercial purposes.
 
💔 Use CMS-gift for commercial purpose without my consent.
 
💔 Trace/edit/resell CMS without my consent. (With sketch-CMS, you can use it as a draft for coloring/lineart for personal purposes).
 
💔 Use my art (CMS, gift) to feed AI (Artificial Intelligence)/AI training.
 
💔 No credit for the creation of the artwork / Removing any signature.
 
💔 Not following all the obligations in the contract (if any) for commercial use.
 
If you break the copyright mentioned here in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

V. REFUNDING POLICY:🤍 I have the right to cancel your CMS and refund at any time.
 
🤍 You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the payment is received.
 
🤍 If money has not been sent yet, you have the right to cancel the CMS.⛔ With any canceled CMS, and for any reason: Please do not use any of my drawings (if any), including use as a reference image, because when the CMS is canceled, it is no longer belongs to you. Except in cases where I agree to sell those drafts.

VI. NOTES🤍 My features change over time, I will regularly update samples. The price is the same.
 
🤍 I do not compensate money for any type of CMS, I will guarantee the deadline I set, except for force majeure cases related to health or family. If there is an incident affecting the CMS, I will notify you as soon as possible within the deadline.
 
🤍 Especially consider the risks when ordering a drawing based on the artist's feelings, because I may not feel exactly what you "think" about the character. Because I can't read your minds 💀
 
🤍 I do not sell my drawing files (files containing layers and settings), I can export the type of image file you want (PNG, JPEG). I always give [1 no watermark] + [1 with watermark] folders.
 
🤍 Links will be kept for at least 1 week from the final date. I will delete it if the storage is full, without prior notice.
 
🤍 You will receive no watermark for final file, and 1 wtmark version (use this one for social network). Folder wtmark includes images that I think can be uploaded to social network, if you need to upload 1 (some) other images that I don't attach wtmark, you can message me to add more (message freely, I don't mind), or you can use your own wtmark (with fully credit to me).
 
🤍 The size I draw is usually around 3000 - 6000 pixels, the size is dimension by the long side, increasing the size may add a fee (5-10%/every 1000 pixel). I will choose the appropriate size depending on the part to draw if you do not require anything about the size.
 
🤍 Issues as: you want to separate BG, separate char,... or change the size,... Please tell me before working. I am not responsible for the above issues while CMS is working.
 
🤍 With gacha CMS: I don't receive any complaints related to gacha CMS example:
- The expression/color/style does not match your taste. This CMS is not as beautiful as other CMSs.
- No process update. I only fix when CMS is done but have wrong detail than ref.
- And other cases depending on the type of gacha you order (I will specify in the sale post or update TOS if there are more types in the future.
 
🤍 In case the you order a CMS in the sale post that has other terms attached to it that are different from this ToS, it will apply according to the sale post.
 
🤍 I do not usually draw gift for client before, I will send a req-link instead. Client reqs will have priority over other reqs. But because the req link is general for everyone that does not only include client, the req have the risk of being accepted or not (depending on the appropriate character, clear brief,...). And there is no fixed send back time. See more information at the link.
